- Receive art from customer via e-mail or delivered.
- A stitch count of logo will then be processed.
- Quanity needed on apparel.
- Color of apparel to be monogrammed.
- Color of thread to be used on apparel.
- Size of logo and location for monogram.
- Customer will approve a pre-sewn design of logo.
- All Star requires a 50% deposit on placement of order and the remainder when order is completed. For schools and churches we can use a purchase order.
- The average turn around time for an order is two to three weeks.
- We can arrange rush orders (a rush fee might apply).
